OMAHA, NE: The Royals hosted the Central Christian College Tigers on Tuesday, October 17, and won the match in three sets with scores of 25-14, 25-19, and 25-10. 

The Royals started the game strong by winning the first set by 11.  The second set was closer, but even after 8 ties and 5 lead changes the Royals still won by 6 at 25-19.  Grace left nothing to chance and won the third set by 15 at 25-10; they only allowed the Tigers to tie the score once in the third set. 

The Royals had 48 kills (.385), led by senior Aaliyah Dunbar with a spectacular 17 kills (.586).  Alicia Pierce contributed 10 kills (.242) and 7 digs.  Marissa Waddel had 9 kills (.333) and Becca Entz had 8 (.727).  Grace also had 47 digs, led by senior Chloe Corbett with 17 and Taylor Thompson with 9. 

UP NEXT: The Royals will host Bethel College and Dakota State University on Saturday, October 21, at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.  The game against Dakota State University will be Senior Night, and Grace will honor seniors Chloe Corbett, Aaliyah Dunbar, and Becca Entz
