OMAHA, NEBRASKA: Coach Kliewer and the men's basketball team proudly announce the addition of Urics King to their roster for the upcoming season.  King, the son of Urics and Monique King, is from St. Louis, Missouri, and is the tallest member of his extended family at 6'6".  He graduated from McClure North High School in Florissant, Missouri, in 2016, where he played basketball under Coach Laney.  King received 2nd Team All-Conference Rebounder Honors.  King will attend Grace University as a freshman this fall and plans to major in business.

King says that he chose Grace University largely because of Coach Kliewer, the head basketball coach, who "really understood where I'm coming from… he looked past my past and knew I could start my future at Grace."  He went on to mention how thankful he is that Grace is giving him the chance to put his city on the map and to go to college, promising that the Royals will not regret their decision to add him to their family.

"We are very excited to have Urics on board with us!" says Coach Kliewer.  "He brings athleticism and a natural knack for the game. Urics has a tremendous heart and is so excited to grow as a man and deepen his relationship with Christ. He chose Grace specifically for that reason. I can't wait to work with him on and off the court!"
